We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies whenever possible. Many of our dishes are naturally gluten-free, and we can make a variety of substitutions for guests with dairy allergies. However, most items on our menu contain alliums (such as onions, garlic, shallots, and leeks), and unfortunately we are not able to modify dishes to remove them.
We can accommodate guests with gluten intolerance. However, because we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contamination, we are unable to accommodate guests with celiac disease.
